Going Lean cutting out misfire
I have no CEL for a misfire or anything that would cause this symptom only a P0530. The o2's are reading correct voltage. When i accelerate on the highway it cuts out almost like a misfire, i know for sure it's not one almost feels like its going to lean. When i get on the skinny harder it down shifts and goes away.

Case in point, just recently, my GN started misfiring under load, a lot like your truck. I had just put a new MAF on it (as the first thing). I then proceeded to throw about 3k at the car trying to figure out what was wrong, turns out my "new" MAF was bad from the factory.

Im gonna test it see if it's defective. But I assure it's fine

And although the MAF may not have been the cause of the problem, it is very true that just because a part, any part, is new doesn't mean it's good. It's just a $1XX part that maybe didn't need replacing at this point.

Have you checked all vacuum hoses and the attached components for a good connection? SOHC 4.0's are somewhat known to develop a leak in the bends on that semihard plastic hose attached to the PCV (hole burns through the plastic and it likes the bends). I've seen holes on the front side 90*, and on the back side 90*. Me hasn't looked into the P0530 cuz I'm not sure if you've done a visual on it yet.

I have the new pcv hose it's got wrinkles in it kind of like a drier hose just more rigid. All the parts I get are at cost so it wasn't near $1xx lol. Also the MAF I tested and it came on NON-DEFECTIVE.

how are all those and when was the last time you replaced any of it?

Plugs are Motorcraft installed 2 weeks ago.
Wires are MotorCraft ^
Coil Pack tested fine
PCV 2 months ago with new hose
Motorcraft fuel filter
Bank 2 sensor 2 o2 replaced
Not normal and neither is my truck
