spark plugs????

well my truck is running funny. when i pull out it feels like you are bearly on the gas when its the whole way to the floor and it lags then some times it runs good but most of the time it runs with a lag in it. i have seafoamed it and im thinking of changing plugs what else can i change. and if i do the seafoam in the crank case and gas how long can i leave it in the oil can i got 20 miles with it in there? and what plugs should i get i have a 94 5spd with a 4.0 in it

thanks

If it's down on power.. especially if it came on suddenly. Its more likely something besides the plugs.

It's a cheap thing to rule out I suppose.. just know that what you describe is most likely not just the plugs.

You could also get a new air filter and clean the air sensor that should give it some pep. changing sparkplugs is never a bad idea it should run better and giver you better mpg! you have some serious miles so you problably need to start puting some money into it and revamp the ignition, if you want to keep around for a while.
