oil change

well its time to change my oil and i just got my truck like 3 weeks ago and it didnt come with an owners manual or anything like that. so i was wondering how many quarts of oil do i need to change my oil? truck specs are in sig. thanks!

yes they carry motorcraft and other barnd equivelents(sp)

i would go with a motorcraft filter and motorcraft oil.

doesn't the 4.0 take the FL-1A filter, or is that the older motor?
