Opinion needed timing video

Please watch the video of me hand turning my newly timed ranger 4.0 l engine I’m pretty sure that something is very off but he keeps telling me it’s not if y’all watch it please tell me what you think and what could be the cause 🙏

i only get audio. assume sohc 4.0. did the cassette tensioners get primed? do the timing tools fit back on it perfectly?

It looks like the chain guide that the tensioner presses on is installed incorrectly. It should be nearly flush with the top of the cylinder head. I don't know if you can see it in this photo but look how much higher the guide is, yours looks an inch or so lower.
