97 4.0 tranny fluid looks like strawberry milk

My truck starts but once it warms up it won’t go into any gear or it won’t drive at all unless I shut it down and cools down

Check coolant, you may have a trans cooler leak, so coolant is getting in the ATF and vice versa

Coolant can't take the heat in a transmission so changes to vapor, and all automatic run on fluid pressure, not vapor pressure, so no go
