I don't know if it's the IAC valve or not. Two of three that I replaced were just noisy like a foghorn. One cause near-stalling conditions like that. I want to say disconnect it and see what happens but I have no idea what the truck defaults to with no input.

well i think i solved the problem , but let me say the lower intake gasket needed to be replaced. i put my old iac back on i changed it about 2 yrs ago because it was doing the wolf call thing and now it runs fine so ill have to go to ford and get another one but thanks for the help. at least i know i don't have to do this again:biggrin:
