No. It's not a tuner. It just reads info off of the OBD II port. Things like coolant temp, tranny temp, volts, etc.

I think it is so I bought one. It gives me a real temp gauge, it has helped me save gas, if I had an auto Ranger it would have given me tranny temp, it reads diagnostic codes and does other stuff It's more of a multi function gauge.

You can, just flip the mount upside down. I used some velcro and just mounted it on top of my expo auto-dim mirror. Worked great there

I LOVE Scanguage. Here's my blend mount with my ohc. It will save you like 30 bucks to go Trent's route with the Velcro though.

Aeroforce Technology Inc | Welcome
why can't you put that in your truck? it took me 10 minutes lol
all u gotta do is drill a hole in your pillar to run the wire down to the OBD II port and thats it basically. the pod costs like 15 bucks on summit.

u gotta go through them for the gauge itself. u can pick different "bezel" color as well as different screen color. the gauge pod i have lists 93-00 but the pillars haven't changed at all lol my friends 03 has the same as my 99.

If your going to be using it in multiple vehicles the scanguage will be a much better option. Won't require a gauge pod in both vehicles.
