Hey all, I was wondering if anyone could direct me to a in depth resource on swapping the timing guides and chains? I have a 03 4.0 which I've pulled out, only to find the rear guide completely in pieces. I want to use the best parts possible to avoid having to do this again, and was wondering if anyone had suggestions on where to get them? As well as the process of installing them.
