Drowned truck running rough
Sunk the truck and had a check engine light. Soaked the filter but nothing really got up in the motor. I couldn't keep it running without staying in the gas right after it happened. It drove 2 hrs home ok I guess. Cleaned the maf and iac but still have an extremely rough idle. Bounces between normal and almost dying.
Had codes:
P0103 - Mass air flow high input
P2196 - O2 stack 1 lean
P2198 - O2 sensor signal biased / stuck rich bank 2 sensor 1
and some P0000's.
Do you think I need a new maf? Iac? Something else?

I cleaned the iac pretty good with throttle body cleaner and qtips. My buddy was telling me I might have killed the iac with the cleaner. Said maf cleaner would have been better for it.
I'm going to start by getting a new iac and see what happens.

I would start by pulling any and all connectors off and blowing them out, drying them, then put some Dielectric Grease in the connector, they will start corroding if you don't.
Especially sensor connectors like O2s, and MAF
MAF sensor should be fine if cleaned, check connector.
Yes, pull spark plugs, clean and regap, they will be fouled from high moisture in air stream, and check spark plug wire boots, dry them out.
Crank position(CKP) sensor is down by the crank pulley, make sure everything gets cleaned off down there, especially the tone wheel(looks like a gear) that the CKP sensor has to read.
Reset computer then drive it for a few days and check codes again.
IAC controls the air bypassing the throttle plate, it is a controlled vacuum leak, if it has a problem you would usually notice an unstable idle or low and high idle, rough idle, but stable, usually wouldn't be IAC issue.
I can't tell from the video if someone is using the gas pedal or not to change RPMs.
Cold engine start, without touching gas pedal, should be 1,500+ RPM then a quick drop down to 1,100RPM, then it will slowly drop to about 700RPM when engine is fully warmed up.
If it isn't doing that then yes clean IAC(again) and check it's connector, also clean bypass passages in throttle body, IACs don't fail that often so wrecking yard IAC is not a big gamble.
