The intake probably won't fit since you are going from a SOHC to a OHV, they are two different motors. You can still use the maf, just need a new adapter piece unless you are trying to use a maf from a 01, then it won't work anyway. But probably won't have to worry about either since I doubt the intake will work anyway.
