4.0L issues, need help new member

Hey guys, new to the forum and frustrated beyond belief. I have a 2001 4.0l ext cab 4x4 manual tranny, 190k. always has run like a dream. It started bogging out in 1st gear it diesles and sometimes dies and other times it doesen't, almost like you arent giving it enough gas, or letting clutch out to fast. once you were passed the initial bog, it would drive like new. also getting worse now. I cant get any codes to trip, no check engine light?? has gotten worse and dont know what else to do. Also when you push the clutch in comming to a stop, RPM's drop rapidly to around 200 and then pop back up??
also hard to start when it's been sitting for a while, It will fire and then die immediatly. usually takes 3 or 4 time and then it fires up.

heres a list of everything ive tried. new plugs, wires, fuel filter, PCV valve, IAC, MAP sensor, TPS, battery (old red top was down to 400 CCA anyway), EGR regulator, EGR is 1 yr old, no vacum leaks, or upper intake leaks (carb cleaner test, and replaced those 2 yrs ago), fuel presure test was good running and not running, good fire at idle, random misfires as it stumbles, not always same cylinder. Ford master mechanic hooked it up to his $14k computer and it told him bad IAC, TPS and MAF, and random misfires occuring when it bogged, but no misfires at idle or at speed, nothing worked. a shop had it for two weeks and they dont know either. Could it be the ECU?
Need help, this is my work truck and I need it to make Money!
I cant find anyone with similar problem, so I dont know what else to try.

new symptom today. Not sure if it's related or not. put cruise control on and light for cruise flased on and off quickly. didn't continue to flash????????????

get this!!!! I finally figured it out and my truck is back to running great.
the intake gaskets were fine, i kept getting a bad barometric pressure reading and your baro is
measured off of intake vacume. so i decided to change intake gaskets again. as soon as i got
cover off of the engine i put my hand on the intake and it moved!!!!!!!!!
the bolts however were still tight???? the bolts were bad, they are special bolts from Ford and
cost $8 a piece, there are 8 of them. changed gaskets and as i said they were fine, but since i had it that far, might as well change em. bolted it back together and started right up and drove like it was new again.
so beware of the bad intake bolts!!!!!
its not always the gaskets.

Missed this thread before... good to hear you got it figured out! Sometimes the problems are what should be the simplest part that's always overlooked.

yeah, and the worst part is a Ford master mechanic had it for 4 weeks and another qualified shop had it
for 4 weeks and my mother figured it out when she googled "barometric pressure automotive" every answer came up the same, intake vacume, and thats why i decided to do the gaskets. out of eveything I've seen and read about these infamous upper intake gaskets, not once did I ever see anything on the bolts. I have even replaced these gaskets before.
