I not only have a log of every drop of gasoline to flow through this truck since I bought it, but I also have every receipt for every hour of maintence or repair done both in and out of warranty.

I'm a 29 y/o, unmarried male renter w/ no kids.. I have gobs of time to obsess about my vehicles.. that is until I loose interest.
I'm not making it up. If you come up w/ something that you can prove drastically improves MPG, by all means, let us know!

Although regearing like ricfly52 did sounds quite promising!

 

No don't take that the wrong way I totally believe you. A few mods might help here or there but I don't think anything beside driving habbits can drastically improve MPG.

Regearing would help but I doubt that even that would be a drastic improvement.
