ok so i have a 2011 ranger 4.0sohc and i was on the hwy the other day and as soon as i hit the 160 mark it started to run rough as if it was starving for gas...do you know if there is a rev limiter on the new rangers? anyone else have this problem?

This question has been asked many times.

1. Yes, rev limiter I believe

2. Please slow down. Why are you going that fast in a ranger?

3. You might get flamed a little bit in this thread....just warning you.

That doesn't make it any better.... the only funny part about this is that you've posted your name and that you drove 160km/h in a province that will take away your license and impound your vehicle for driving 50km/h over the speed limit.

2 things, first welcome to the site. Secondly with a attitude like that your not going to last long around here. When you post threads about you doing stupid things expect to have not nice responses. Around here when to get respect you need to earn it.
