tuners

i have never used a tuner before so i have some questions about them. what is the best site too get them from and do they come preloaded with tunes or do i take it too my local dyno and get them too program it? also what turners seem too be the best bang for the buck and what are the expected gains from them?

ok but this leaves me with the same question do they come preloaded with tunes or do i have too get some one too program with with tunes?
