I have a 03 4.0 ranger with 298,000 miles and just replaced the thermostat housing,"which was a pain in the a■■" and there is this vacuum tube with a coolant line on top and bottom of it. I was wondering if anyone can give me some info as to what it does, its been driving me nuts as to why its there.
