What is this and where does it plug into

For the life of me I cannot figure out where this plugs into or if it's just an extra wire I do not know, HELP!

And wire colors

But does look unused because of the dirt inside it

Depending on the model trim, i.e. fleet, XL, XLT, ect.......there will be wiring present for ALL options available on that Trim package, but not all options were ordered/paid for so wires would have no connection
