won't start :(

ok was driving in my neighborhood, truck died, won't start. had to push it back home. I have recently done spark plugs. new battery terminals. new fuel pump and filter. The engine DOES spin, so i get the na na na na na na na na sound. it FEELS like when it's out of gas (or when the fuel pump was bad) but it is not fuel pump. any ideas on what to do next? i know battery is good, i know plugs are good, i know pump is good. any advice is greatly appreciated!!!

I would spray some fuel(Quick Start) into intake and crank engine, if it fires you have spark but no fuel, it is doesn't fire then no spark.

3rd party fuel pumps often fail within a few months, so I wouldn't rule it out.

And "new" used to mean "it works", "new" now means "never tested", so we are the Quality Control Dept. now

Spark on the 2.3l is controlled by the ICM(ignition control module) usually located on the intake.
Spark is started by ICM receiving a signal from the CKP(crank position) sensor, located behind the main pulley.
The ICM then sends spark command to ONLY ONE COIL to start engine, both coils are used when engine is running but only one is used for starting.

You can swap coils and see if engine will start, if so then replace one coil
I want to say exhaust side coil is the starting coil but can't remember for sure.

The ICM sends spark info to computer, computer controls spark timing once engine is running, but starting only needs ICM working
