Icon5 thinking

i have had my ranger now for 5 or 6 years and it has served me very well, now the miles are getting high(110,00 not to high but)and i have been thinking about doing the swap. i have been reading about all of the threads on other peoples 5.0 swap and all the advice they other, but one area that is not covered very much is the new wiring needed to put these in. i would be using a explorer(hopefully) 5.0 motor and hopefully changing to a manuel trans from the slow 3.0 that ihave now. I just need some insite on how hard it is to install the new wiring and can i use my old wiring setup and just change out computors or?? any help would be grand.
