84 ranger headman swap headers

has anyone used the headman swap headers in an 84 ranger i was wondering how well they fit? any clearance issues on pass. side.

i bet u will need to notch the frame no matter what header u use

actually i went ahead and bought the headers too good of a deal to pass i fitted them on last Saturday and with the motor mounts that i fabricated myself they cleared the frame by about a quarter of an inch. Thanks for the reply anyway.

thats good to hear, remeber the engine will torque a little under load, but 1/4" should b ok

Can you post any pics of the headers in the truck?

the headers worked great but i had to fab my own brackets to make them work without cutting the frame. i have a set of the trans dapt mounts that are supposed to work with the headers without any frame mods, however they do not work that way.
