Swap Help

Alright my electrical gurus. I have run into some electrical issues with my swap. I've got a 1997 2.3 5spd ranger that I have swapped a 302 and 4r70w out of a 1997 explorer. The explorer ran and drove before I pulled the assembly out. The issue I am running into is that my truck was a 5spd and now it's an automatic. After I swapped the column out of the explorer I don't have an O/D connector plug on the ranger. I have tried google to no avail as most searches bring back a 4r70w swap into a mustang or an older vehicle that uses an external controller.

Would any of you know how to manually wire this O/D switch into the vehicle? I appreciate any assistance that anyone can offer.

Thanks
Groove

Id say pull a pinout for the trans when i went auto to manual it was just a two wire lead inside the column figure out which two wire it goes to in the trans harness and splice them to it under the truck thats probably the easiest way.
