Fox body mustang headers dont work. You can use 65 Mustang 289 Tri-Y's if you are using a T5 or a C4 trans. You can modifiy the Tri-Y's to work with a C6 or a AOD trans. I have a 4R70W(AOD) trans in my 94 5.0 ranger with the Tri-y's and I had to mod them to work and they fit great once I did. The modifing was easy and I would do it again if I had to. You can also use the Explorer 5.0 exhaust headers or buy the expensive Torque monster headers.

Used advanced adapters headers, had trim AOD bellhousing, Drivers header points towards face of bell housing, making exhaust routing difficult. Also have Headman headers on a 91 5.0 ranger conversion and they have more room but lower quality. 6 in one hand Half dozen in another.
