For the 94 Splash you can use quite a few different ones. One question is what tranny are you using?
I origionally did mine with stock Explorer 5.0 manifolds. They fit great but sucked as far as performance was concerned.
I scored a set of Kaufman long tube headers and they rock! Of course, they are no longer made.
You could use 5.0 Mustang manifolds but you will have to cut the frame. I wasn't cool with that so I didn't use them. Headman makes headers for the swap that are cheap.....both in price and quality. The L&L pipes are sweet but very expensive and you will find yourself waiting months for a set. FMS just re-released the aftermarket Explorer manifolds which are better than the stockers. You might also be able to use old Mustang Tri-Y headers depending on what tranny you are using. Hooker for that matter also makes long tube swap headers but they are also pricey and won't work with larger trannys without modifications.
My cardomain site is pretty detailed in the swap in my 92. It might clear up some questions you have. My buddy is just finishing up his 94 ex cab for which I can get you quite a few pics too.
If you need to touch base with me, you are better off tracking me down on RPS. I only come here once every few months.

Any information that i can gather will only be of help, i am installing a 302 out of a 88stang lx and a C6-NP 205 combo, and i have no idea what i should be looking for in headers, i know that the factory stang headers that the 302 had will almost fit on the pass. side with a little bit of mods, but the driver side is noware near fittin.
I'll look for you on RPS to get that info, thanks

Say Pinellas50 have you seen those L&L headders? Do they have the O2 Bungs in them? I alredy have their motor mounts, so I heard somewhere that I pretty much have to go with their headders. Even if it's not necessairy to get theirs, I probably still will. They look real good, fit good, and are well built, and just to keep both L&L. Cides I have a few months to wait.
