Icon5 10 inch sub box help needed

Im trying to build a sub box for my 2000 Ranger xlt ext. cab 4 door. I have 2 10" Colbalc Orion CO104S subwoofers and I am looking to build a small box for just 1 of them because my box I have now that was in my car is just way too big... I need some measurements and designs to build my own box because I new at builting my own boxes. The sub calls for 0.75 cubic feet for a sealed enclosure and 1.0 cubic foot ported enclosure with a 3" diameter, 9.5" long port for a ported box. The bottom mount depth is 5 5/16 and not sure how much room needs to be between the bottom of the sub and the bottom of the box. I would like to get as small as possible maybe even be able to replace the little back seat or jack and tools for a sub box. Info on the sub can be found @ http://www.crutchfield.com/p_098CO10...ures_and_specs

Have you thought about trying to make something with some fiberglass, you could remove the seat, make a mold of the empty space and mold in a woofer in there, im planning on doing it one of these days, if your interested in going about that way id be glad to share some insight, its really not that bad to work with.
