Hi Guys,

I recently got my Ford Ranger 2020 and from the time I received, the audio is not powering up. I can’t listen to any radio.
Even though my phone gets connected to the vehicle’s bluetooth, I can’t hear anything. Audio part is not working.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

 

Its the ACM (Audio Control Module) which IS the Radio but it controls ALL audio sounds including phone and most chimes.............plus radio

Hopefully still under warranty, but regardless it needs to go to a Ford Dealer for service, you won't be able to fix it
