Biggest Sub in a Regular cab
What is the biggest sub you can fit behind the seat in a reg cab? I've got 2 12" Rockford P1 subs that im taking out of my old truck when i sell it. My brother had 2 8" subs in his reg cab ranger he had a couple years ago, but it felt like a back massager (it was back numming) Im guessing 10" is as big as you can go?

if you take out the back speakers and the panel, im sure u can fit a 12 but i believe a 10 is the biggest. anything is possible
|
I have 2 10"s in mine and i dont see why you couldnt put 2 12's, as long as u build the box right. check my box on cardomain for an idea.

anthony84, thats a nice setup. I'd like to have 2 subs (one right behind each seat, and put the amp right in the middle, so you can see it when the arm rest is down, and when you put it up, its hidden.

the reason i put them in the middle was beacause i left the factory speakes and grills in place and there wasnt enough recess for the speakers on the sides. I recessed the speakers in the box so they would not hit the seats.

EdgeRat33 has a pretty nice setup:

That is pretty nice, don't like the seat's in it though.
No factory seat belts anymore either, that gives me some ideas for that component system i got layin around. |
I had single 12" in mine, just had to remove the tool tray.
