Recommend a dual amp kit

Recommend a dual amp kit
I need a kit or something for my system. It's going to be Boston Acoustics Pro 60 components running bi-amped off a JL 300/4 amp. I'm also going to have a JLW3V3 subwoofer running off of a JL 250/1 amp. Finally, I've got a 160W DC-DC power supply for my carputer.
I'd like to know what gauge I'd need and if there are any particular brands I should look at. I know alot of people like knukonceptz and I like the stuff (and the prices!) I see on their website. What sorts of things should I look for in a kit? Distribution block? Fuse holders (and amperage?)? Ground lug? I'm thinking I'd probably need 4 gauge power wire... but what should I look for when it comes to amp-subwoofer wire or amp-speaker wire?
I'm new to this stuff but I'd like to do as much of it as I can. Probably I will have a shop install the components, but I want to do as much of the rest on my own. Thanks so much for the help!

do it right
go find the Kicker 1/0 kit on ebay, come with the main stuff you need to power the amps on
it also uses 1/0 wire

I guess you're right! I'd want to make sure i had the right stuff for all of it though.
-1/0 power cable... how much? does this run only to a distro block? Does the distro block go closer to the battery or closer to the amps? what size wire should I run from the distro block?
-Fuse holder? should I get a fused distro block? If I do, do I still need a fuse near the battery? what rating fuse? Should I get seperate fuses for each amp and for the computer?
-RCAs - what do I need as far as these?
The 1/0 wire is $2.25/ft! And the single amp 1/0 kit is $80. It seems if I'm going to do 1/0 wire the kicker one is a better price.

I would go at 0 awg. No bigger, you don't need it, and it won't fit right in your door sills.
1/0 (pronounced 1 ought) is very large. I ran 2/0 in my truck for 1000RMS and that was WAY overkill.

Yeah I know that 1/0 is huge... that's why I was kind of wondering. I'll have to see what I can find that has 0 ga. and see what other sorts of things I would need.
Do I need to run 0 ga. to each amp? Or do I run that to a distro block and then maybe run 4ga. to the amps from there? I'm not very keen on this whole deal and I'd really appreciate some help!

What size fuses should I run? That kicker kit comes with a 300 amp ANL fuse... but I think that's a little high since I've got ~700-750 watts RMS. If I run approx. 720w at 14 volts that's like... 50.2 amps or something like that. So would a 60 amp fuse work alright for me?
Oh and Chad, do you have some pictures of how your sub box mounts to the cab? My box looks very similar and I'd like to make sure it's bolted down and secured well to prevent theft.
