That's exactly how it's supposed to be. Only one thing though. Take those sides back off, lay them on the bezel how they're supposed to be, then slide the unit in between them and screw it in. It'll make your life MUCH easier.

 

Still wont fit. one side does but the other side just pops the bracket thing off
