okay, right now i am running 2 pyle 12"s on a 400w amp no likey. i have it narrowed down to this, i wanna go with 10's as i listen to rock more and such, now im gunna go with some higher end 10s and they can really pound. I have 2 optitons as of now :

a buddy of mine can get ahold of 2 mtx 9500s in a ported box for 450. same guy also has a matching phoenix gold 1200w amp he will throw in for extra.

i found on craigslist 3 P3's in a ported box with a "punch 600" amp. he wants 350. that is what he said now i dont know anymore details on the amp then that. here is a picture of the rockford setup. anyone know what amp that is?



i realize the 9500 may be better but for at least 100 bucks less, the p3s may be pretty damn close. so, opinions? alternate options? i dont wanna spend more than like 500 though.

 

you could buy mine? i'll sell it to you for $375 i have a forsale ad in the classifieds also best part is the box fits right between your jumper seats when their pulled down so you can still throw stuff under them without worry

edit** mine is a 15, but size doesn't really affect speed of bass they all pound at the same frequences, oh well if your interested just pm me i could meet you in like piqua or troy also

 

id get a bigger amp if your going to run 3 10's. something like a 1200+

my 10" bazooka tube is wired to a 600 watt and it rattles my back window.

 

well yeah, i probably will get a larger amp, but for 350 for all of that, just run that amp for the time being.


But like what do yall think about the p3 setup? anyone ever heard something like this?

 

yep well im picking it up in the morning. be sure to have pictures up. still need recommendations on a larger amp. at least 1200w.
