I have always likes Pioneer the best.. but they both seem to be about the same... really seems to be about the looks.... and for a girl's car the Kenwood one is a bit more giirly (with the pink lights/buttons)
Also is this going with the stock sterio or does she have an upgraded one?

pimpwitharanger 09-06-2005 08:02 PM

um her old one is radio/tape player on a 2002 corrola.. not sure??

Roach2004 09-06-2005 09:29 PM

Cant go wrong with pioneers so the pioneer model DEH-P3700MP

Mr. Special 09-06-2005 11:29 PM

Ok well then she does have all stock stuff.. then it is really up to her. She just needs to decide which one she thinks looks better! Both will do the job nicely on a stock system.

Both look good N cheap.

<150$ ... free install right?

I'm sure she will love the mp3.. nothing like having 160 songs on a cd.

I've had pioneers before... I didnt like my kenwood home stereo.. but
it was quality.. I'd let her pick which won she wants.

Free install isn't free. It will cost you parts which will be a 15 dollar wiring harness and a 15 dollar faceplate adapter if required. So expect to pay a lil over 30 bucks for the install. All thats free is the labor. But it from crutchfield and they will give you instructions on how to do it yourself and give you all the stuff that best buy charges for in their not so free installation.

Its not very hard to get into a corolla dash, I used to drive one. Hated the car, but it was quick.

You really can not go wrong with either of them. They are both good choices, but I would choose the Pioneer, for reasons that i can not think of.
