head unit help

head unit help

i have a pioneer deh 2200ub and i took it out today to instal my sub and now its not getting power. one wire did spark. it was the yellow one...
i checked all my fuses and there all good....?

If that wire sparked then maybe it's still loose. Did you redo that wire so it's secure? Or no?

i just re did all of my wiring. well see tomaroo if that fixed it or not.....

ok i re wired my headunit and all the wires are strong. still not working. wat else could it be?

the head unit is only 2 weeks old

What fuses did you check? Did you check the fuse on the back on the headunit? Check the fuses in the fuse panel?

yeah i checked the one in the headunit the fuse panel and even the one under the hood.

I don't know then. You may have fried it. Does it have a warranty?

i got it fixed. i missed the 2nd fuse in the fuse box. theres a radio one and an audio system one and i only checked the radio one

Ahhh good to know. I figured it had to be a fuse. That's why I was confused about why it wasn't working if all the fuses were good.

yeah i thot iit was really wierd. nut iits all fixed now. now i got problems w my damn sub. haha
