Well, how do you think it will sound?
I am upgrading the system in my 2004 Ranger, but I am a big fan of factory head units and their user-friendlyness, so here is what I am doing:
2- 6x8" Blaupunkt 3-ways in the doors (on order)
2- 6x8" Kenwood Excelon 2-ways in the rear cab areas [supercab] (on order)
1- 8" Amplified Bazooka tube subwoofer
Think it will have a nice clean sound?
I may get a new head-unit next year. Something with a USB port, I-Pod hook-up, MP3 capability, and nice big *****. There are a few nice ones that fit the bill and are under $200.

I don't know if you have much experience with the Bazooka, they sound great. I love them for the money. My wife has a 200w 10" one in her Protege 5 and it is nice strong and clear.
BTW, the front Blau's are the Pro Component series.

Update: The deal on the Kenwood's fell through, so I am getting the Blau's all around.

Well I haven't installed the sub yet as I have already installed the 4 6x8 speakers and the factory head unit just doesn't power them well, so I ordered this unit and I am going to install it and the sub together. What do you think?
