My sub is grounded to the rear seat bolts and im getting all sorts of noise through my sub when my truck runs and my cb is grounded in that area also and it wont send a clean signal out. Any body have this happen any ideas on a good ground. Thanks!

Try a different ground then. Are your RCAs and amp power running down opposite sides of the truck?

I don't know anything about CB's but maybe the signal given out from your CB is messing around with the signal in the RCA's.
