Icon4 radio wiring {HELP FAST}

I am changing the radio out on the ranger and the owner before me cut the factory radio harness plug off. I have found the accessory wire isn't getting power. I have checked every fuse the truck has and non are blown. Why is it not getting power?!?

I need to get this thing ready to sell by the end of tomorrow and I got a crap load of work to do so please give me any help you can.

EDIT: I also just found out that the truck no longer dings with the key in or if you leave the headlights on with the key out of the ignition.

Check out... the12volt.com to make sure you have the right wire.
Then if you do just splice into the ignition wire for the acc. wire on the radio,
because all that wire does is tell the radio to turn on.

thanks but I think you misunderstood my question. I know how to wire it up ive done it several times. The problem is the acc. wire has no power to it. I also just found out that the truck no longer dings with the key in or if you leave the headlights on with the key out of the ignition.

Both the radio and the GEM (dinger source) are powered from fuse 20 in the dash fuse panel. Recheck the fuse and then see if there is power to the fuse terminal with the key on.
