this summer im planning on changing up the setup, 450$ per sub is my limit and they must run on the A3000s, so an A3000 per sub(around 2000-2300rms each), box will be no more than 7.5-8 cu ft, tuning at 34hz probably

2 RE MX 15s
2 RE MTs( get the 18 reconed and rebasketed to a 15 dual 1.4 and buy another 15 dual 1.4, so run each A3000 at .7 ohms)
2 memphis Mojo's 15s(what can these actually take daily?)
2 TREO ssx15's(probably a little pricey, and hard to find)
IA warden(if they ever come out)

sq isnt my main concern, i listen to mostly rap and MT does fine

i just think the 2 MT's would kill 2 MXs for the same price, and the others are just as expensive as MT, and i would rather have RE, although IA is located not far from me

i wish i had more $ to spend on my system...i want a lift, xcalibrator II, exhaust, intake, pullies, etc...then my upgraded system will come into affect.

i.e. amped components, carputer, 2500d for my subs, more dynamat...just the basics

 

those didn't even cross my mind...whats the airspace req like on those? i know he's an suv, but he might not have enough...esp if he has to be at the rear window line

yea, but i heard DD was crazy at recones these days, dont know though, but for MT i can get a guy 20 mins form me do it for like 30+parts, not very much $$$ for the recone kit

and i would have to stay with my RE over DD, no reason though, and i know what the MT's can take before they start hating you

also last time i check the 9500's were pricey

and i would only do 8 cubes for subs, but MT's doint need a ton of space really, i know 4 will do them good at 34hz

i envy you, and I almost would get an suv, just for subs, but...i'd rather go offroading...and i'd like a carputer instead

 

the TREOs are pretty badd *** from what ive heard..but id say hands down Resonant..so the MTs in my book

I called RE today and got a price on these

485 shipped for the 15"MT dual 1.4 and 100 or so for the dual 1.4 15"recone and a 15" basket with a gasket

so around 600shipped not to bad, didnt order yet but plan on it, just waiting to see if some people on another forum convince me to go a different route
