Mothman, the box is rite at 8cubes after port and sub displacement and after bracing is a tad under 8 but since its smaller than the sub specs, ill make up for it by running more power.
I got the whole box fiberglassed inside tonite. I missed one spot in the port but ill touch it up.

I love the batteries. They are powerful and little. I am getting another one for the back and a bigger one up front along w a 250 amp here pretty soon. As for the amps. Im getting one sundown 2000 for now and running it at .5 ohm, then im gona get another 2000 and run each at 1 ohm then strap them for comps.

That is some real nice work. Well thought out design.

Are those Q-Powers pretty good? I've never heard much talk about them.

Yea. I like them. They are good for a budget build. A lot of people think they are cheap, but they aint. My buddy has 2 q power 10s in a 3.4 cubic ft box tuned to 33 hz and they kill the lows with 600 watts a piece and they are the older series. Im hoping the 15s i have will be able to hold 1000 watts a piece atleast for comps because they are the newer delux model.

ummm.... good work and an A for effort and such, but you really should research sub design and how air movement inside an inclosure effects sound performance. just cause you managed to cram 4 15's inside your cab does not make for good sound. and running more power to make up for lack of space is just gonna a) build more heat (heat in sound = crap sound) b) make your subs perform like **** and ruin them faster and c) make your system sound like a beer fart on a monday morning. sorry dude. hate to be the downer and bring negativity to your build, but i thought you should know. either way, good on ya.

Thanks for warning me, and i do no how air movement in a box effects sound. Im not trying to cram 4 15s in a small space. The subs require 2 cubes a piece. Since i have 4, that would be 8 cubes. When my box is done, ill have rite at 7.9 cubes. And if the box is to specs, i can run recommended power, but if its smaller, i can run a little more power and if its bigger, i cant run quite as much power. Just because im putting 4 15s in a little ranger does not mean it will sound like a**.
