Ran all the power wires, ground wires & remotes to the amps. Tomorrow is my day off & I'm hoping to get all the rest of the wiring run up to the head unit & fire her up, OK, fire may not be a good word for it... :sasmokin:

Had some extra time today & built the wiring harness from the H/U to the Amps. Will still need to run the RCA's once the rest is hooked up.

Sweet i bet you are excited.
Are those stock 05 seats? They look like 1 bench seat or w/e, but the covers are niiiiice! |
Damn thats nice man. I'm pretty speechless on that one lol.
|
I know something that would look sweet... fibrglass a cover over that amp, like a snap-on sheild... paint it OEM gray and that will conseal all your audio stuff :)
|
Thanks guys.
Finished it up today. Sounds great but...if you want mind blowing, ear crushing bass the MTX enclosure I bought isn't for you. It hits nice & crisp & fairly hard, more than I need for my 70's songs & more than enough for movies. looks good though, it really depends on what you listen to an how loud you plan on jamming it.
|
Thanks, Yup, I'm almost deaf from my last truck so I think this will do just fine.
Rick |
I like those seat covers as well, too bad they only come 60/40
|
*****en Rick nice job everything looks good as usual
|
Thank you guys.

if you are capable of light mechanical work, then those screens aren't that hard. The rule of thumb is measure twice, cut once. I have done many visors, headrests, dashboards, and visors are the easiest.
