Hey, I have the factory 6 disc cd player in my 2001 ranger. Now that i just bought a Ipod i was wondering if I could take the factory 6 disc cd player from the new 2007 or 2008 with aux input for a ipod installed in my 2001 ranger with out changing the head unit or wires.

 

only problem is where the aux unit input is where your key for the airbag is on your truck.

 

all you would really have to do is mount that somewhere else though... wouldn't be that big of a deal.
