Pretty much anything but rap music, no one ever sits in the back so im thinking of putting it behind the passenger side seat, how would the sub hookup? All 4 speakers are wired to the amp, Im not sure how much power that little 300 watt has so i just need a speaker that uses it all but isnt overkill.

are u going to use the amp u have for the sub or get another amp for it, a mono block amp will be the best choice for a sub.

Get a seperate mono amp for the sub. You don't need much power for it to be loud and sound good

Ok, whats a good sub, A 2 or 4 ohm? What are things i should look for in a amp and sub? Not looking to spend a ton but i just want a overall louder system, right now it sounds pretty good so i dont think ill get door speakers yet.

Get a Cresendo 4 channel. Use two channels for the front doors and bridge the other two channels for the sub. Works great.

Could i do that on my current amp? It has 4 hookups, if i bridge all 4 to 2 of them and use the other 2 for the sub? Also the door speakers all say reference on the face of it, who makes them? I was told pioneer but im not sure, and what size are the speakers front and back?

Speakers are probably Infinity References. Try using a tape measure for the size, theres no way can know since they're aftermarket. If they're oval probably 5x7, 6x8 or 6x9

The door speakers are Infinity. And you probably couldn't do that on your current amp. Only reason why you couldn't is because it doesn't really put out that much power. I'll look up the Cresendo amp my buddy just got. He's powering two 8's like in the videos I posted off of that amp.

Thanks for the link but that price id hope to get a sub and amp lol, on ikesound ive found some 10" subs for around 100 and amps about the same, does more watts mean bigger in size? Id like to find one i can still fit under the driver seat but at least 800w?

More power doesn't always mean bigger size.

Good to know, only reason i want it under the seat is cause whoever wired it in before did it nice and everything comes through where the seat belt wires go lol, plus its out of the way. One more question, what do channels mean? Like 2,4 or 5 channel amps? Will a 4 channel run the door speakers and a sub?

channels are where u hook ur speaker wire the the amp. so since u have 4 channels u can wire 4 speakers to it, one to each channel. if u have 2 channels then u can wire 2, but that doesnt mean that that is the max u can put, if u know how to wire them u can put more.

what is ur budget

Make sure you measure under your seat before buying an amp. The amp I bought didn't fit under the seat so I had to build a mount for it

Im going to look again for the model i have now and hopefully find specs on it and try toget the same size or smaller. Id like to keep it around 2-3 hundred for a amp and speaker.
