sub box mounting

i have a box, which will fit UNDER a jump seat, which means i will not be removing it, what is the best method to bolt this to the truck? it must be secured by means of screws or bolts, in some way or another (glue or tape does not count) as per insurance regulations, for theft reasons, there must be a hole in the truck, that the sub was mounted to...

i am skeptical drilling a hole through the floor in the truck, to run a bolt... any other thoughts?
