the only amp i have on now is plugged into the aux inputs

i had only the front 2 on the amp at one time so i just have to run a little bit to the back unplugm from the head unit and solderm on to the speaker wire to a second 4 channel amp

im guessing you already know, but you'll either have to run new speaker wire to all 4 speakers from the amp... or, you'll have to run new speaker wire from the amp to somewhere in the dash, then splice them into the speaker wires back there... also make sure to disconnect the speaker wires from the headunit itself, as you're now using an amp to power them instead of the internal amp in the head unit.

i'd run new speaker wire, like i did for my speakers.
