well going by the name of the picture, they must be Pyle subs, and Pyle makes subs that
are on the low end, but no I have never heard that peticular box.

yea, I finally got a reply from them, but they didnt give me much about the specs other than the size of the enclosures. (6x3x21) housing 5" pyle midbass drivers and 1" tweeters.
still waiting on watts/OHM/RMS.

might be ok if you figure 2x5" subs = (almost) 1x10" sub, but it never works out quite right
I think Im going to get them just to see how they sound, for curiosity sake more than anything.

the thing Im most interested in is the size of the boxes, and how well they will work in the back of my Talon (man that car is small inside...)

I would avoid them unless you really like snare drums and deep vocals. That's about the only range mid bass drivers do.

Any true bass from them will not in great enough volume to make you happy, IMHO.

I thought the same thing, but I picked up one of the BOSE spare tire subs, it uses a single 5.25" sub and believe it or not it puts out a LOT of bass, not as much as my 2x10's in the ranger, but when I hooked it up in the ranger to the same amp that powers the 10's I was truly impressed with the amount and range of bass it produced, all in a box that is about the size of a 15" sub speaker itself.

yes, but we are talking Bose here vs Pyle, Bose is a much higher end product.
If you get them I hope they are dirt cheap. remember they are called a pile, oops
I meant Pyle, for a reason lol.

lol
I know,
Ive decided Im not going to bother, I dont feel like spending more money in a month to replace the speakers with something better. plus I can build a better box, that fits the car better, than those.
Im just going to stick with the BOSE sub for now, it has enough bass to keep me happy for a few months
