OK so I have 6x8 Infiniti Kappa 682.7cf's all the way around in my rig and have just noticed a rattle/buzz from the passanger side of the vehicle...It sounds like its from the passanger side door speaker, but when i try and isolate each speaker i cannot get the rattle/buzz to reveal its self. Any suggestions? Ive taken the door panel off and still havnt been able to locate it... or get it to duplicate its self....I dont believe its the speaker, but i may be wrong....

While other brands may do a good job, I suggest Dynamat extreme (the silver-lined ones) because it does an EXTREMELY good job.

You can find it cheap on eBay or something.

 

yea but you could almost do 4 layers of the 2.50 stuff for the price of one 10" by 10" sheet of dynomat...

 

A lot of times you don't have the space of time to install 4 layers of crap.

I dunno. I've found Dynamat REALLY cheap online before.

What i meant was add more subs. Create rattle so that you cant hear anything.

 

Subs and Raffi dont mix that well... It really upsets me when Im trying to jam out hardcore to "Five Little Ducks" or "Baby Balooga" and I hear this annoying rattle/buzz!

Ok so I sprayed some of that Rubberized Underbody Coating on my inside of the door panels...turned out nice. I uses 1 20oz can per door...took a while since this stuff doesnt like to be sprayed thick like bedliner. I have an average of about 3.5 mil of the stuff on there and it makes the doors considerably heavier...but thats alright with me. I also noticed how solid it sounds when i shut the doors. The rattle is gone so my mission was acomplished.

The Pics: I didnt take any of my preped area or anything, but i just took some Simple Green and wiped everything clean and taped off all the window rails and wires/harnesses.

The one on the left is Raffi's Holiday Album and the one on the right is Raffi's Rise And Shine(My personal favorite since it has Five Little Ducks on it!)

And Rudy- You betta believe that Raffi is some tight bumpin' tunes....this **** is mad phat yo...I mean homie you dont even know! You aught to hear the 'Vega's'(Totally a reference to 'Ice Ice Baby' by Vanilla Ice, which BTW was my very first CD) bump when Raffi busts out the "And Mother Duck said 'QUACK! QUACK! QUACK! QUACK!'...." I dang near blow windows out.....
