Got A Sony head unit!!!! WOW!
Well here it is.... http://www.audio-warehouse.com/web/m...15X/detail.asp First off let me say........DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! This is the best Reciever I ever had! 
The Mid's and high's are OUTSTANDING!!! The low's......... well lets just say im impressed. Hits better and more smoothly the the Pioneer. Pioneer still up there with me but this sony i am REALLY IMPRESSED! TRUST ME WHEN I SAy THIS......."WOW". I would recomend this unit to any one who want "crisp high's" and outstanding low's!!!!!!!! The 4 volt out put really pounds away!!! And im done for awhile. I know everyone has their own tast but......MAN O MAN! I just wanna dance!

The 4 volts won't make it pound any harder than the 2 volts of the alpine you had itz just a better signal and really you will only hear a difference in the highs. But I am glad your happy now.

I had a friend with a 1998 Jeep Cherokee he recently totaled drunk. But he had a Sony head unit, one of the nicest ones they sold and had to send it off to be serviced 3 times in under 2 years...I have never had any of my Pioneers act up, Sony may make some good things, but I dont think car audio is their strong part.
