Sirius

Well I put my New 3rd brake light(recon Smoked LED) in Monday night. I didn't really think about my sirius antenna wire. I screwed my brake light down and didn't notice that I pinched the wire it half. I tried to splice it with no luck. So...I went in and called sirius to cancel my service since I would not be able to use it till I could find another antenna, and thats were I was Turned into a happy customer. The rep said she would order me another antenna, free of charge. They are also going to give me 2 months of service, free. I know it is not alot, but that means a lot to me. It was my fault, I cut the wire, not them. Just thought I would share a good experiance.

they did the same for my brother- kinda. he had Sirius in his old car and the antenna was run all through the headliner and all... well, he didnt feel like taking it out, and just left the antenna in there when he traded the car in.

he called them (sirius) and asked if they could put his account on hold for the spring since he couldn't use it without the antenna (he would be at school again and barely be using his car anyway)...

long story short, they told him they could send him a new antenna free of charge if he'd like.. so he said sure why not, and got the antenna that same week, and kept his account open, lol.

Just install it in your truck...That's the hard part, if there is a hard part. Call sirius and give them the numbers on your receiver (usally on the back or bottom) and they will take it from there. It cost like $12-something a month with Tax. I enjoy it.

Thats awesome. I love my sirius. You can also activate the radio online and be listening to it in under 3 mins.

Between my Sirius and I-pod (both run directly through my Alpine head unit) I don't think the deck has been on AM/FM since I have owned it. Regular radio sucks.
