off topic but do you just do bouldering or actually harness up and climb? I started getting into it and stopped -__- i need to go again but i might start up MMA soon though so idk. climbing was a great workout aside my almost daily lifting.

 

I just boulder. I want to top rope but need a partner for that and would rather get better at bouldering for now. I do mostly V0, V1 and can start some V2's. The gym I go to just made all the easier climbs harder, so it takes more work to go up. Although its better for me in the long run.

this is part of the top rope area where i go. those ones that are almost on the ceiling look like they'd be fun haha and yeah, i had to screenshot it because i couldn't link their photo. the lines you see are pieces of tape that tell you the difficulty so you don't cheat

 

Yeah they have the tape where I go too. The membership is $55 a month where I go. Not too bad.

I like the gym I go to because of the bouldering. The other gyms around here (i think there's 3 more within 15 minutes) are mainly top roping and lead climbing.

 

yeah i did top rope once but i like bouldering because you feel more like you need to make it to the top since you're not harnessed in haha

 

if this doesnt shake ****, you need a better system.
