Sound system upgrade suggestions

Hey guys,

I have a 2011 Ranger sport. Ford had a good discount on it so I got one as a second vehicle/ winter vehicle.

I like listening to good music when I drive around. I listen mostly to the radio and CDs and I do have an Ipod. I was a little disappointed in Ford for not putting the RDS data option on the radio (song info) when listening to the radio. Then again for what Ford is selling the Rangers for I guess they had to make some cuts.

I have been looking around for sound system upgrade and found the following items:
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...od-DDX418.html - Kenwood double DIN headunit
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...JBL-P8662.html - JBL 6 x 8 speakers
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...a-682.9cf.html - Infinity 6 x 8 speakers
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...-11PES10C.html - Kicker 10" sealed sub with built in amp

Sonic had the best prices, any other places that are better?

I also have a four channel Rockford Fosgate amp that I can add or not.

Opinions? I listen to pop, rock & talk radio. I like tight hard hitting bass with a little rumble. I also don't want to take up too much space for the stereo that is why I am looking for a sub that I can easily take out if needed. I also am concerned about theft so I might go with a Ford head unit. Any suggestions for this route? 2005 Explorer head unit?

Also should I go with the JBL or Inifinity speakers or both?

I am asking for a lot info but I figure this is the place to ask as I am sure someone else has already done this.

Thanks in advance for the suggestions and comments.

Rob.
