Who makes a good mounting kit that takes the stock opening so you can add just a single din deck in the dash?

 

The schosce (or however the F you spell it) kits at Walwart sell em. They work fine.

Ive looked all around and cant find one they only go to 88

 

Best buy, fry's electronics, circuit city, if it's still around. Look on crutchfield.com. Metra and Scosche are the most common.

 

I got the scosche one..........now i am trying to find a wiring harness....I tried the one for rangers ** - 2007 and it didnt fit. I guess they changed something in 08. I think it might be because of satilite radio. gonna look around online.

on the back there is 2 connectors. anyone with 08 plus rangers find a wiring harness that works? will take a pic in the morning.

 

what do the 2 connections look like? you might have a factory amp, that 2nd plug might not be use, just kinda depends on the options that the truck has

I think it might have been packaged wrong since i have heard sometimes it happens. I am gonna get another harness from another store and try that as well.
