go with the sony, Im running 2 12's in my truck with a 1800 watt fosgate, they hit a lot nicer then the kenwood. I know cause i also have 2 12 in kenwood's, i tried em both..

I can actually get the Infinity for 60 bucks, so I might go ahead and do that, but one question:
will that sub be ok with my amp?
the sub is rated at 250 rms and my amp is 300 rms

Oh yes it will be fine, and if you put it in a sealed box you will be better off having a few extra watts. If you do a ported box, Just turn the gain down a bit. Its ok to have a little more power than what the sub is rated at.

Infinity is very clean sounded.

Yeah, I've heard Infinity is very good. I'll probably just go ahead and do that. And my box is sealed, so it should work out well.
