I'm thinking about putting this in my 2006 FX4...anyone know how well it fits, and how good this unit it?

good unit i was gonna buy that but got the avic n1 instead. Youll have to do some modifying to get it to fit

 

damn. i'm looking for a headunit with a screen that doesnt pop up or fold out

 

what sucks about the d3 is it doesnt come with a cage to lock it in the dash. so youd have to order the cage which is about 50 bucks from pioneer. Then youd have to shave down all the tabs on the radio bezel i think theres a thread on which ones to shave off on here somewhere
