tang band or JL?

Alright here is the question does anyone have the tang band 6.5 inch sub? Trying to see what people think about it. I've heard the JL 6W0 's before, and know they sound good, but the tang band have better specs, and are a little cheaper.

The reason I want them is because I want to make a custom enclosure to fit where the jump seats go in the extended cab. I think 8's would be to large / need to much room. Anyone done this yet?

Nice, those fit in a pretty small enclosure. How about these, I know it takes a slightly larger box, but they still get 40-10000 hz, I mean these seem like you could run them straight off a H/U... only need 15 watts to run. Maybe replace the rear speakers with these, get some tweeters on the doors, some new 5x8's up front, and you'd have a pretty decent sounding system. Nothing award winning or anything, but wouldn't be too bad.

i love the efficiency of ed subs. the SQ in sealed rivals many of the Image Dynamics q-series subs throughout the years. ported, well, for the price they are great option and i recommend their product

your kidding right?

how much power?
how big box and tuning?
what mic?
and why?

and you do know how hard 145 on a real mic?(TL)

some examples i found or www.realmofexcursion.com

2 Kicker CVR 15s hit 143db
another 6 L7 15s did 147db
didnt see any ED's over 143db
a DD 9515 only got 144db

these are just a few examples i dont really see 145db coming out of 2 6.5s unless you went all out crazy with them
